Hi, I think this project is a fabulous idea and I commend you for your success so far!
I would recommend adding to your blog a more clear explanation of the step-by-step process of how to compost. I came across the KVOA article because I plan on starting a compost in my yard this fall and I was looking for ideas. I am not an Arizona-native so I could use the tips.

Hi Kathy, we will work on putting together a step by step guide on how to compost everyday food wastes.
